I became an engineer because I am deeply passionate about science and technology. The joy of solving a problem, the excitement of a mystery, the promise of discovery are all things I cherish. I believe in the values of compassion, equality and friendship. I am not interested in commercially exploiting people or nature and if you want me to build you a magical thinking computer you will be wasting your time talking to me.

I’m interested in most software engineering roles and have a broad background with a lot of specific experience in cybersecurity (as a software engineer). I think it would be interesting to work on embedded systems or other low level stuff (driver development, security software, operating system) just because of how tangible it is, although I’m open to anything (except that nonsense about sentient chatbots).
